About Me

I mostly work in London and Suffolk and am interested in the places where industry or ex-industry meets wildness, places of dynamic change. I use oils, acrylics and pen and ink to create landscapes and cityscapes, often drawing on the spot in the company of my dog, and then using sketches and photos in the studio to develop my ideas.

I am also interested in painting and drawing animals and have recently been learning about the printmaking process, using lino cuts.

I  completed a two year course in fine art at the City Lit in 2014 and am now working with fellow artists exhibiting my work in solo and group shows

I am also  a member of the Islington Art Society, exhibiting three times a year in Hornsey and Stoke Newington Libraries,  among other venues.
